2. Verify Identity
To prevent unauthorised deletion, our legal team requires identity verification. Requests are processed within the mandatory 30-day statutory window.

1.0 Statutory Compliance Matrix
1.1 Multi-Jurisdictional Adherence: This erasure protocol complies with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, Turkish KVKK (No. 6698), Montenegrin PDPL, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
2.0 Valid Grounds for Erasure
You may obtain the permanent erasure of your personal data without undue delay where:
- The data is no longer necessary for the original purpose of processing.
- You withdraw consent and no other legal ground exists.
- The data has been processed unlawfully or must be erased for legal compliance.
3.0 Data Retention & Backup
3.1 Permanent Purge: Once verified, data is removed from active production systems. Information stored in secure offline backups will be purged according to our rolling retention schedule, ensuring full compliance with the "Right to be Forgotten".
4.0 International Requests
4.1 Submission: All formal requests must be sent to [email protected]. Residents of the USA, UK, EU, and Montenegro must include their primary registration email to initiate the secure verification process managed by our Antalya HQ.
